Bouygues Batiment International - Diversity

Bouygues Batiment International, a leader in construction worldwide wanted to raise awareness around inclusiveness and the diversity of their employee. To celebrate everyones' differences and strength our characters are built with smaller pieces that represent their personality, believes and past experiences. The art direction uses extensive illustrations to create a calm and welcoming atmosphere, celebrating the diverse backgrounds and unique stories of each employee. This internal communication tool was designed to foster a sense of belonging and emphasise the company's commitment to cherishing and welcoming everyone.

This project was brought to life by our talented team of illustrators and motion designers, who worked collaboratively to create a visually compelling narrative. Special thanks to Bouygues Batiment International for trusting our vision and for the seamless collaboration.
